On this call we tune into ROOT causes of anxiety in the energy field, autonomic nervous system, brain, and spine. We go DEEP to extend releases across the timeline, inner children, and family patterns.

As children of any age, we often don't know how and many times aren't taught how to process difficult and traumatic situations. When we don't know how to identify, feel, express, and release what we're experiencing it often becomes trapped at the age we experienced it like a continual loop of that experience playing in the background of our subconscious. . This clearing looks for unprocessed replaying emotions, images, and unhealthy frequencies to free the inner child from living in that state. It's amazing what other energies can become attached to inner child trauma, and the shifts and freedom that we can experience when that energy is released and our inner children feel safe again. Recording this during the full moon in Leo adds extra playfulness.

Having healthy boundaries has become a tag line fad of sorts. However, with how much information we are constantly inundated with every single day through social media, the internet, news, all of our activities, and travel, knowing how to manage our energy is one of our first spaces of safety. What is getting in the way of being able to feel safe and protected in our own energy and establishing strong boundaries is discovered in this workshop. Feel safe in your own skin and energy.

We always have the answers, but sometimes due to past trauma, trapped emotions, absorbed energy from others, toxic ancestral patterns, and self-sabotage it feels like there's a lot of "clutter" getting in the way of us being able to feel and see what is healthy and good for us. This energy clearing is designed to clear away that fog and confusion so that we can have the clarity to move freely towards our desires.

Pathogens are energies too, and are ALWAYS attached to other low-vibrational emotional and accompanying harmful frequencies. When we release what attracted the pathogens in the first place, they don't have an attachment point anymore, and they dissolve. The law of attraction is about alignment of frequencies. We are continually attracting the energy we're carrying and living in. Releasing unhealthy frequencies and aligning ourselves back to love isn't just healthy, it's who we are created to be. Love is the highest frequency, and the more we shift into it, the healthier we are, and the healthier energy we attract.

The amygdala is a gland in the brain part of the limbic system that is in charge of our fear response. In this workshop we dive into what emotions, images, memories, and what fears may be stuck in perpetual loops (including past selves) in order to help us move out of a continual stress and fight/flight response and into feeling safe and grounded.

Sugar is so common place in our western diet that sometimes we don't even realize how much we're craving and intaking. Processed sugar intake is directly related to inflammation in our digestive system and body as well. Whenever there's cravings, there's always underlying root emotional and energetic attachments connected to those cravings. This workshop finds and releases this attachments to free us from inflammation cycles in the body.
