As children of any age, we often don't know how and many times aren't taught how to process difficult and traumatic situations. When we don't know how to identify, feel, express, and release what we're experiencing it often becomes trapped at the age we experienced it like a continual loop of that experience playing in the background of our subconscious. . This clearing looks for unprocessed replaying emotions, images, and unhealthy frequencies to free the inner child from living in that state. It's amazing what other energies can become attached to inner child trauma, and the shifts and freedom that we can experience when that energy is released and our inner children feel safe again.
